What we collect
When you request an audit or contact us we collect the details you provide: name, email, phone number, company, website, and your answers about your business processes. We do not ask for passwords or payment card details in our forms.
Why we use it
- To produce and send the audit you requested.
- To contact you about your request, including booking a call.
- With your separate opt-in only: to send follow-up emails and WhatsApp messages.
- To improve our services and keep our systems secure.
AI processing
Your form answers are processed by an AI provider (such as Anthropic or OpenAI) to generate your audit. We send only the information needed for this purpose. AI output is reviewed by automated checks and is an initial assessment, not a guarantee.
Messaging consent
We only send marketing emails or WhatsApp messages if you opt in. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can reply STOP on WhatsApp at any time.
Service providers
We use trusted processors for hosting and database (Supabase, Vercel), email delivery (Brevo), WhatsApp (Meta), AI processing, and payments (Razorpay, Cashfree). They process data on our instructions.
Retention
We keep lead records for up to two years after our last interaction unless you become a client or ask us to delete them sooner.
